WATCHING THE NEWS
Today it was reported on CNN about the bad tires,bad food and bad toys from China broken border where terrorist are coming into this Country.Illegals are working here with false S.S. cards.Congress doesn't want to turn over the money already alloted to fixing the border fence.China raises many of the foods we eat,Ruining the poor growers in this Country.The Illegals are putting our businesses out of business.What is wrong with the Idiots in our Government? The new batch running for president doesn't sound much better.Please contact all or some of them and let them know that we aren't the stupid ones.

interesting, yet a cliche standpoint. it is true, we are bombarded by images that inspire fear and distraught, however, its not the government that blunders everything up. as a matter of fact, your post highlights the duality of man that we are always unsatisfied with anything government related. i pride myself as a moderate/independant but i like calling things as they are. the media is out there for sales, rating, and profits, depending on what medium they are using (hahaha). but anyway, what it boils down to is scandals, fear, and epidemics is what fuels most of these media sources and they learned, ever since the vietnam war that "the good story/hero/good news" doesnt equate to profits. so what i see instead of pointing the finger ALWAYS to the government, its the moguls and men in suits that run American media. your standpoint has been portrayed by various bloggers and movie makers (michael moore), and honestly, i think that the American public (well, 99% of the American public) would rather do the easy thing and blame the government rather than considering the source they get their info from.
Be positive. Things will only get better from here on out.
